Geoff Campigli

Geoff Campigli – born in Geelong on the 16th of January 1944.

Loved son of Percy & Jean, youngest brother to Orm & Ray, husband of his ‘best mate’ June, adored father of Lee-Anne & Elizabeth, stepfather of Julia & Lisa, loved Pa of Josh & Evie & fur father to his beloved Buddy.

Geoff was a family man, adored his children and worked hard to provide for his family in many professions, too long to list.

He was a man with a cheeky sense of humour, always up for a silly joke & a laugh, bringing joy to those around him or frustrating those that had heard the joke a million times over.
Despite his cheeky antics, he was an incredibly determined & kind man.

With a stubbornness like no other, Geoff always had to be right despite plain evidence of being wrong at times.
He believed he could fix everything, including his own health, with superhuman powers of having more lives than a cat or so it seemed.
Geoff would never pass up an opportunity or miss out on any event or any gossip, always needing to be in the loop with the most recent for fear of missing out.

Geoff grew up with a love for music, playing guitar & singing in bands with fellow friends that he often reminisced on ‘the good old days’, speaking of how handsome he also was.

He adored Queenscliff, overlooking the rip, watching the ships sail by.
So many memories were shared there on family holidays & day trips, making this a much loved & significant destination to visit.

Geoff was an incredible man with a heart that loved his wife June, his children & his grandchildren like no other.

Although he may not be present physically with us any longer, he is in spirit & will continue to be in each memory we shared with him & the love held forever in our hearts.
