Jeff passed away peacefully on Saturday 18th October, aged 77, surrounded by his loved ones.
Much loved husband of Pam, father of Jo and Brendan, Kim and Jarrod, Cameron and Kathleen.
Loved Pa of Hayden and Gabby, Bailey, Georgia, Josh, Ashlee, Charlotte, Maggie and Claudia.
Forever in our hearts.

As a cousin we were always together in the early days of both our lives and remained mates forever.
