Jeff compelled everyone around him to be “Happy”!!!
Very much admired for his courage.Jeff was a smart fun loving soul.
We were blessed to know him through our beloved Sandy who has passed now.

Jeff was such a lovely man with a great sense of humour.
He was a special mate to our late brother Ray.
